More stuff to do when bored …

The bored things.net crew have compiled a list of the top 20 stuff to do when bored to help you pass the time a little easier and it goes a little something like this …

(1) Find the perfect tree and build your self a block rockin’ tree house.
(2) Invent a new secret club and send out invites to those you would like to join.
(3) Turn your bike into a motorbike. Find some stiff card, then cut some rectangular pieces and peg it to the strut near your back wheel so that it is touching the spokes. Add tape to to secure further if necessary then spin the wheel to check that the noise sounds like an engine, and off you go.
(4) Make a rocket ship using spare or nearly empty boxes and tubes in the kitchen.
(5) Become a quiz master and compose a list of 20 general knowledge questions so you can host an event later in the day / week.
(6) Make two (proper) paper plane’s and enter them into a distance flying competition.
(7) Go the the library and find some books on how to make shadow puppets using only your hands.
(8) Earn CA$H. Find a sponge, bucket and some soap, then make a car wash sign saying “Saying Car Wash Today Only 5$” and starting looking for bizness.
(9) Make a ramp for your bike and carry out some jumps to impress the neighbors.
(10) Memorize the lyrics to your favorite rap song then see how fast you can rap it back.
(11) Make a mix of your all time favorite songs.
(12) Start to get yourself fit, put together a new fitness program, including at the very least push ups, sits ups, skipping and pull ups.
(13) Make a collage of your favorite photo’s using an old picture frame.
(14) Why to test your skills as a ventriloquist. Grab your favorite cuddly toy and see if you are able to make them talk without moving your lips.
(15) Play keepy uppy with a football of hacky sack and see how many you can make.
(16) Make a scary mask in preparation for halloween. Either start from scratch or make an existing one even scarier.
(17) Record a Youtube video of you playing air guitar to a rock ballad / fav song of choice.
(18) Learn how to play texas hold em poker.
(19) Try to make a dog out of balloons.
(20) Make your own kite Kite making has been around for nearly 3,000 years and they cost almost nothing to make. Design you own and show it off to your neighbors by flying it high!
(21) Make a bottle volcano. You will need – 1 litre bottle diet cola, thick paper or flexible card and 5 Mentos mints. This is a fun explosion, so make sure you are outside. Open the bottle, then place a small square of paper over the opening. Make a tube out of another piece of paper just larger than the diameter of the mints. Put the tube on top of the square of paper directly over the bottle- opening and drop in all the mints. Then you will need to quickly slide the paper out from under the tube so the mints drop into straight into the bottle itself. You should then get an awesome coca cola volcano eruption and at the time of writing the highest the record is around 10 metres!

    i didn’t really like this list of stuff to do when you’re bored…the stuff on this list is more boring than being bored…but that is just my opinion….thanks for taking the time to read this

    buy bananas get a couple of friends. now this is stupid but fun. Because! you dont know what it feels like to do so. so here it goes:

    This list’s got all rubbish stuff. ‘Coz if we’re bored. NORMALLY that means that we have got nothing to do, so anyone who’s bored, does not have the facilities to go off to do fishing. But thanks. For two minutes I didn’t get bored by writing this comment and reading the rest. You’ve created a short term effect, but I’m looking for a longer period not to get bored.

    Teach your pet rock to play dead

    Pretend you’re blind

    Don’t use your thumbs for a day

    Learn to type…with your toes

    The car wash one sounded good until I realized it only costs 1.25 to get a full pressurized soap and water hose at the car wash, and only 25 cents extra per minute. :|
